Job Description

A dynamic and forward-thinking organization is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of its enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, with a primary focus on Workday. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations across key functional areas, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, time and attendance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and system security.

The successful candidate will bring recent, hands-on experience with Workday HCM, a strong technical foundation in HRIS platforms, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. A passion for leveraging technology to improve the employee experience and streamline HR processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules to align with evolving business and HR needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Workday and other internal/external systems.
• Manage data loads (EIBs), reporting tools, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving system efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements.
• Manage security roles and access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Oversee system releases and updates, including testing, documentation, and communication of changes.
• Provide training and support to HR and business users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead system enhancement initiatives.
• Serve as a project manager or key contributor on HRIS-related initiatives.
