Now Hiring: Construction Superintendent – Commercial Tilt Wall Experience Required
My client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in commercial tilt-wall construction to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including tilt-wall installations, scheduling, and logistics.
✔ Manage subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project specifications, safety regulations, and budget requirements.
✔ Drive project efficiency by maintaining and updating construction schedules, assisting with cost reporting, and proactively identifying potential issues.
✔ Promote and enforce a culture of safety , conducting regular meetings and ensuring OSHA compliance.
✔ Assist with recruiting, training, and mentoring field crew members and junior superintendents.
Qualifications:
✅ 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent, with proven expertise in commercial tilt-wall construction .
✅ Strong knowledge of field supervision, scheduling, safety, and production across all phases of construction.
✅ Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office is preferred.
✅ OSHA 30 Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
✅ Willingness to travel within 200 miles of Columbia, SC .
