Who We’re Looking For: You’re a self-motivated, detail-oriented leader who knows that success comes from discipline, drive, and sharp instincts. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, inspect a trade, dig into a CRM, or make the call that turns a lead into a lifelong customer. You Must:

• Be an expert-level user of VinSolutions with a deep understanding of reporting, task management, and follow-up strategies
• Know how to properly appraise vehicles with confidence and accuracy
• Be aggressive (in the best way) — always on the lookout for inventory opportunities and deal-making potential
• Have strong process discipline and attention to detail
• Be comfortable using tech and AI tools to gain an edge and stay ahead
• Lead from the front with urgency, accountability, and integrity

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve volume and gross targets
• Oversee the sales desk, ensure accurate deal structuring, and handle appraisals in real time
• Drive consistent and meaningful engagement with prospects through the CRM
• Monitor sales pipeline activity and hold the team accountable for follow-up and closing
• Hunt for vehicles and opportunities to generate profitable deals
• Ensure every guest experience reflects the professionalism and values of Lehmer’s GMC
