Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their dynamic team in Tigard, Oregon. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of incoming payments and the proactive management of our accounts receivable. What You'll Do:

  • Kickstart each day by diligently opening and sorting daily mail.
  • Accurately process and record cash receipts in a timely manner.
  • Perform precise cash postings.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute aging reports.
  • Conduct thorough research and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable items, including resolving discrepancies.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Location: Tigard, OR
Salary: $49,920-54,080
