Our client is a stone countertop fabricator-installing granite, quartz, and marble countertops throughout the Piedmont Triad.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant! The position is part time/remote with opportunity to grow into full time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record bank and credit card transactions.
• Manage accounts payable.
• Invoice and collect payment on completed jobs.
• Weekly Reporting on AR, AP, and company performance metrics.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Controller.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in the stone countertop industry is a plus but not required.

Competencies:

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude and a sense of humor to contribute to a fun and productive team atmosphere.
