What You Can Expect:

• Flexible, Predictable Schedule: We offer a\n consistent schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week. Our schedules are\n posted 3 months in advance, so you’ll always know when you’re working—and\n we’ll never change it without your consent.

• Mentorship and Support: Whether you're a new\n graduate or an experienced veterinarian, you'll have access to regular\n one-on-one sessions and ongoing support from\n colleagues across all specialties. We encourage learning, case\n collaboration, and professional development.

• Growth and Learning Opportunities: At Rocky\n Gorge, we believe in continuous improvement. With an integrated ER and\n general practice, you can easily follow up on cases and learn from them.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in an ER setting
• Strong communication skills
• Collaborative team member
