Base pay range

$55.25/hr - $74.75/hr

Responsibilities

• Attend all required Sprint Ceremonies and related meetings
• Maintain active communication using Slack and Email
• Engage with Truss Project Lead to report hours and work completed weekly
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product leads
• Define tickets to achieve product roadmap goals
• Commit to scope of work within 2-week sprints
• Work transparently and coordinate with team/stakeholders to resolve impediments
• Craft clear, concise content following guidelines to support user needs and flows
• Ensure content meets guidelines and standards
• Plan, audit, structure, and govern content for consistency and effectiveness across products or platforms

Requirements

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Mural, Slack
• Effective communication of design decisions with team and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

The pay range reflects the lowest to highest compensation we believe we would pay at posting. Actual pay may vary based on various factors. This range may be updated in the future.

Note: Pay is considered compensation only when earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of compensation are at Kforce's discretion.
