RedPeg is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Tour Manager to oversee and execute its experiential marketing for 3 Months  across the Chicago and Wisconsin area with one of the nation’s leading beer brands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the transportation, setup, and on-site management of tour assets, while ensuring a seamless and engaging consumer experience. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional organizational skills, a knack for building relationships, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
Logistics & Transportation
  • Truck + Trailer Routing: Manage the routing of a Ford F250 truck, trailer, ancillary assets, and draft truck to various event locations.
  • Ensure all transportation complies with  DOT regulations and follows the scheduled routing plan.
  • Transport assets safely and ensure  on-time arrival to all event locations.
Event Management
  • Oversee the  setup and breakdown of event assets, ensuring the activation site is organized and professional.
  • Train and manage on-site Brand Ambassadors (BAs)to execute key event activities and represent Yuengling effectively.
  • Communicate any issues with BAs promptly to the RedPeg team for resolution.
Product Preparation & Sampling
  • Facilitate  product sampling in compliance with local alcohol laws.
  • Ensure continuous consumer engagement by delivering  key messaging and encouraging interaction with the footprint space.
  • Promote consumer activities, such as photo opportunities, to measure event success.
Client & Vendor Relationship Management
  • Engage with  clients, distributors, and vendors on-site to foster strong relationships and build trust.
  • Act as a professional representative to ensure positive brand perception.
Asset Maintenance
  • Monitor the condition of all tour assets and communicate any issues to the RedPeg team.
  • Follow instructions to address any damage or required maintenance of vehicles and other equipment.
Administrative Duties
  • Attend weekly meetings with the RedPeg team to align on goals, updates, and strategies.
  • Submit detailed event recaps and reports through the designated online portal, including accurate data and content capture.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years in event management, experiential marketing, or logistics.
    • Experience driving and managing large vehicles, such as a Ford F250 and trailer.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of draft beer systems and ability to operate them.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and consumers.
    • Ability to lead and train on-site teams effectively.
  • Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. CDL certification is a plus.
    • Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance.
    • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Chicago and Wisconsin area, including occasional weekends and evenings.
    • Physical capability to handle event setup and breakdown tasks.
