Your Role:

As a Territory Sales Representative you will drive the growth of The Pack Labs by engaging directly with wellness retailers, head shops, vape shops, and convenience stores. This role will allow you to leverage your passion for the hemp industry to build solid relationships and expand our market presence through strategic sales and customer interactions. This role is primarily remote, but with expected travel to client sites and travel to trade shows as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals as established by leadership.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with managers and other retail partners, becoming their go-to expert on The Pack Labs’ product offerings.
  • Educate and engage customers on our brands and product lines to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Organize and attend trade shows, pop-ups, and other promotional events to strengthen brand visibility and sales efforts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory compliance to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on sales progress.
  • Efficiently manage travel and scheduling within your territory to optimize sales opportunities and customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments related to hemp, or similar regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, such as Hubspot or Salesforce, and comfortable with Google Workspace or MS Office.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel extensively within the region.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $60,000- $125,000 OTE (Base: $55,000-$60,000 + Uncapped Commission)
