Position Overview

Join our Litigation Department as a Paralegal in our Amsterdam office. We seek a highly skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. The role involves case management, trial preparation, and collaboration across teams. Flexibility for occasional remote work and overtime is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in depositions, motions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.


• Draft legal documents in compliance with relevant rules.


• Conduct eDiscovery tasks, including document review and privilege logs.


• Support trial-related activities such as exhibit preparation and witness coordination.


• Perform factual research and organize case documents.


• Utilize litigation support tools like Relativity and Opus 2.


• Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure seamless case management.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.


• Excellent communication and client service skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Experience with digital litigation management and trial experience preferred.


• Bachelors degree and paralegal certification preferred.


• Minimum 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.


• Proficiency in Relativity, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Pro.
