Overview

Compensation and Benefits
Guaranteed base pay of $15/hour, plus uncapped commissions, and monthly bonus incentives, driven by a pay-for-performance compensation plan that rewards your success through unlimited earning potential.
Most team members will earn a total annual compensation package of $49,000 - $57,000 (23.50 – 27.50). The Multi-Store Leader can speak more directly about the store’s historical earnings potential.
