Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, deployment, and reliability of the company’s Azure-based production environment, including containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and CI/CD workflows managed through Azure DevOps.
• Maintain and enhance Azure-based infrastructure, including Azure Virtual Desktops, servers, enterprise applications, SSO configuration, Intune, remote access, and third-party integrations.
• Gather and analyze system and application metrics to drive performance tuning, fault detection, alert notifications, and proactive incident resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application service reliability and delivery through testing, automation, and streamlined release processes.
• Participate in system architecture reviews, capacity planning, and platform management to ensure scalable and sustainable infrastructure.
• Define and monitor service-level objectives (SLOs), and drive automation and continuous improvement efforts to balance system reliability and development velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology or computer science preferred
• 3+ years as a Site Reliability or DevOps Engineer with experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines, ArgoCD, or Jenkins
• Software development or scripting experience with C#, PowerShell, TypeScript, JavaScript, Bash, Azure CLI, YAML, or similar languages
• Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, repositories, branching strategies, and SDLC deployment configurations is required
• In-depth experience with IaC/Configuration Management tools such as: Terraform, Pulumi, Bicep, or Azure ARM highly desired
• Knowledge of containerized applications and/or microservices including use of Docker, AKS, Packer, and other packaging and provisioning tools preferred
• Proficient with Azure Infrastructure management, configuration, scripting, networking, backup, and site recovery procedures
• Expertise with AKS monitoring stacks including Helm, Grafana, Jaeger, Loki, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Application Insights desired
• Foundational knowledge of Firewalls, Load Balancers, and SQL Server
• Working knowledge of SSO (Single Sign On), SAML, and 3 rd Party Storage integration with OneDrive or other platforms considered a plus
• Related Certifications are a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
