LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Sales Recruiter for a hyper-growth SaaS startup where priorities shift by the hour, structure is minimal, and expectations are sky-high.

This contract-to-hire role is perfect for someone who's been in the trenches of SaaS startups-who understands the grit it takes to scale a GTM team from zero and knows exactly what kind of talent thrives in complex, high-value sales cycles. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles that require patience, persistence, and deep industry knowledge.

You'll be the go-to recruiter for sales roles across the board: AEs, SEs, revenue leaders, and post-sales. If you've hired enterprise reps who sell six- to nine-month cycles and worked directly with execs to build early-stage sales teams, let's talk.

Senior Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Manage 8-10 high-priority GTM roles with minimal guidance

  • Source, assess, and close top-performing sales talent with experience in long sales cycles

  • Partner directly with executive leadership and hiring managers

  • Influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions with data and speed

  • Build scalable recruiting practices while delivering in the short term

  • Lead pipeline strategy and scheduling while supporting a lean offshore team

Senior Sales Recruiter Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS startup or high-growth tech

  • Proven success hiring for roles with complex, enterprise-level sales cycles

  • Comfortable recruiting in ambiguity-without KPIs, process docs, or hand-holding

  • Excellent sourcing skills and outbound recruiting instincts

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management

  • Greenhouse ATS experience is a strong plus
