What You Will Achieve We are seeking an experienced product leader to own and drive Pfizer’s Unified Commercial Identity (UCI) products. This is a unique product management role within Pfizer Advertising and Marketing Technology organization, where you will lead the development of a robust, privacy-compliant identity product line that supports advanced segmentation, audience targeting and measurement across omni-channel marketing and media campaigns. You will use the latest innovations in AI and Machine Learning (ML) for identity resolution to increase marketing and media effectiveness for Pfizer’s brands. In this role, you will lead: Product strategy and roadmap: Lead the product line from concept through execution, defining vision, use cases, product roadmap and OKRs that align with business outcomes and customer needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple internal teams including Engineering, Data Science/ Commercial Analytics, and Digital to ensure alignment on product vision, strategy, roadmap deliverables and dependencies. Technical Documentation and artifacts: Write and deliver technical requirement documents and artifacts required to enable the development of products, features, and infrastructure. Identity and Audience efforts: Lead the development of identity resolution capabilities, ensuring accuracy and compliant handling of data. Partner with Digital, Engineering and Commercial Analytics/ Data Science to define ID associations, scoring and data modeling to enhance audience creation, segmentation, targeting and personalization. Enable third party integrations with the partner ecosystem to push and pull audiences for activation and reporting. Innovation and experimentation: Collaborate with Data Science/ Commercial Analytics and Engineering for leveraging AI/ ML to increase CRM and media effectiveness. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in product management within the AdTech, Media or Consumer tech industry. Must have a deep understanding or experience of identity resolution, audience segmentation and targeting in Advertising Technology (AdTech). Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products from ideation to execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience defining and tracking key success metrics for iterative product improvements. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in working in and/or leveraging CRM, and Data Cloud will be an advantage. Experience in applying AI/ML for audience creation and optimization to improve addressability. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Consent management, data governance, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for identity and audience products. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share-based long-term incentive program.
