Seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join Watts Water Technologies and act as the Finance Leader for the America's Commercial Finance Team and Finance Business Partner to the Fluid Solutions General Manager. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Finance, this individual will be responsible for performance in the key areas of commercial excellence, operational effectiveness and operating profit. Core competencies for this position will include, but are not limited to, servicing internal customers with Monthly Operating Reviews, Forecasting, Budgeting, Strategic Planning and New Product Development, all of which, requires an ability to navigate complex datasets to prepare meaningful information that will drive informed decision making, respond to finance deliverables and establish business performance metrics that accurately measure the health of the Platform's business. This individual will also be expected to work cross-functionally to identify areas of improvement in processes, influence change, identify waste and implement best practice.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
