KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Strategy practice. Responsibilities: Participate in enterprise-wide strategy and performance improvement engagements for private equity clients, managing the process from scope setting, budgeting, staffing, creating and coordinating deliverables, and assisting with presentations. Establish client value propositions linking strategic, financial, and operational metrics to business improvement for corporate and private equity clients. Act as a full-time project team member to ensure successful problem formulation, analysis, and resolution. Develop and implement strategic roadmaps, manage engagement interviews, research, and facilitate client workshops. Collaborate closely with engagement leaders to build client relationships, focusing on private equity firms and their portfolios. Contribute to the professional development of junior team members and assist in recruiting and training new staff. Qualifications: At least three years of consulting experience in a client-facing strategy role at a major strategy, boutique, or Big 4 firm, with a focus on private equity. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; Master’s in Business Administration is preferred. Proven expertise in strategic issues such as value creation, growth strategy, product innovation, business model transformation, operating and profitability improvement, data monetization, and strategic planning, with leadership experience. Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with deep strategic business acumen. Understanding of how business model decisions impact operating models across operations, technology, and organizational design. Willingness and ability to travel as needed. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
