In a dynamic K-12 educational environment located in Lynn, MA, there is an opportunity for a dedicated professional specializing in behavioral analysis and support. This full-time, in-person role focuses on providing exceptional guidance and services to students, ensuring their educational and behavioral success from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) licensure
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in behavioral support, preferably within educational settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Location:

• Lynn, MA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavioral programs for students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective strategies
• Provide training and support to educators regarding behavioral techniques
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Document and report on behavioral data and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
