ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an exciting opportunity. Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Conduct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions based on student needs.
• Maintain detailed records and collect data on student progress.
• Collaborate closely with school personnel, teachers, and parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Prior experience working with children, preferably in educational or behavioral settings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.

Additional Information:

• This is a Part-time (2hrs per day) position during regular school hours.
• The role involves working with students across various grade levels.
