Highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) professional will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of data architecture, email programs, cloud pages, SMS/MMS initiatives, automations, and journeys across the full customer experience including acquisition, growth, retention, and reactivation. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our SFMC platform to overhaul audience data architecture, drive effective marketing campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and deliver measurable business results. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing strategies.
Expectations and Collaboration:
Architect, design, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support multi-channel campaigns and solutions.
Expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing using WYSIWYG templated email editors and hand-coded assets.
Develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud email templates and content blocks for use within emails campaigns.
Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows in automation studio.
Create effective journeys in journey builder utilizing cloud pages and data extensions as entry points with multiple decision splits, emails and exit points.
Build cloud pages and lead forms to drive new patient acquisition and support paid media efforts.
Strong understanding of data management, API integration and batch file upload within SFMC and backend systems.
Manage data integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within SFMC.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to technical errors and technology misconfiguration.
Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team with proven ability to define and act upon data-driven insights.
Extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including development, administration, and configuration.
Collaborates with the Marketing Department.
Collaborates with all internal departments, such as Information Technology, Legal, and/or Sales, etc.
Collaborates with external marketing partners/vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, including implementation, administration, data architecture, and automation.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (Certified Marketing Cloud Developer or Email Specialist is preferred).
Strong understanding of digital communication best practices, A/B testing, and marketing automation strategies.
Proficient in HTML/CSS required, JavaScript and Bootstrap experience a plus.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and data manipulation for segmentation and reporting.
Strong practical knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations.
Experience working with Mobile Studio for SMS/MMS and Web Studio (cloud pages) is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders.
Must have a very high attention to detail throughout day-to-day responsibilities.
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate on marketing campaign initiatives with stakeholder audience.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ensure high standards of security and data compliance.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
