Responsibilities: Desk deals Help salesmen put deals together Completing Manager Turnovers Ensure follow-up with all prospects who visit the dealership (manage desk log, hots, appointments) Maintain vehicles on the lot - organization, snow removal, etc. Be available and open to help all associates who may need it, regardless of the department they are in Manage individual sales team Conduct weekly 1-on-1's with salesmen Conduct/assist with weekly team meetings Ensure proper training certification is complete & CSI standards are met Monthly tracking and performance evaluation Manage CSI Requirements: High school diploma, GED or college degree Previous automotive industry experience is a must. Preferably sales.
