This position is with U.S. Bank's Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (WCIB) Risk Management team. The role reports to the WCIB Risk Data Analytics Manager and involves supporting data solutions for business and regulatory needs, including BSA/AML compliance. The candidate will analyze complex data from multiple sources, provide insights, and work with business and technology teams to create automation and solutions to improve efficiency and control.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and deliver data solutions to meet business and regulatory needs, including compliance with BSA/AML policies.
• Analyze and organize complex data from various sources to generate meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to create automation and enhance processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as risk teams, business units, audit, and regulators.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• 6+ years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**

• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, TOAD, Python, and experience with Power Platform applications.
• 5+ years in data analytics, architecture, and business intelligence.
• 3+ years in risk management environments.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality management, and financial regulations like BSA/AML/KYC.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work flexibility. The salary range is $105,400 - $136,400, depending on location and experience.
