Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Director of Operations in the Denver area. The ideal Restaurant Director of Operations should be a dynamic leader capable of setting sales targets, fostering a supportive environment, maintaining high customer service standards, and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams towards strategic success. About The Company: Boasting over three decades of industry expertise, we oversee a diverse portfolio encompassing nationally renowned brands, locally curated culinary destinations, and exclusive in-house creations. Emphasizing a personalized operational strategy, we are renowned for tailoring each venture to suit its specific locale and demographic, aiming to deliver exceptional customer service. Presently, we manage over a dozen establishments in airports in Colorado and California. Responsibilities: Setting sales targets and maximizing sales. Providing a stimulating and supportive environment for the team. Maintaining and enhancing customer service standards. Overseeing staff training and development. Acting as a role model and taking operational responsibility for specific product lines. Inspiring and motivating individuals effectively. Leading, developing teams, and strategic thinking. Compensation and Benefits: Salary : up to $130,000. Bonus Potential. Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance. Paid Vacation. 401k. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years current experience as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager. Must have background overseeing 3-5 restaurants. Ability to pass a TSA/FBI Background check is required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees. Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
