As a Receptionist/Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including managing calls, maintaining the office environment, and handling billing related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and efficiently direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the correct department or individual.
• Oversee office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked.
• Keep the conference room in good condition, ensuring it is always clean and ready for use.
• Undertake office management duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate invoices accurately and promptly.
• Manage check deposits to ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain and update data entries.
• Utilize your skills in answering inbound calls to improve customer service.• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in billing and invoicing procedures.

• Demonstrated ability in data entry tasks.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Experience in answering inbound calls, with excellent communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
