The property handyman ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of apartment, single family homes maintenance including and not limited to:Minor repairs to building Plumbing Electrical Carpentry Appliance repairs Painting Completing assigned daily work orders Completing turnovers Assisting with other duties as required Requirements Must have own transportation as will commute to different property locations DL and must have auto coverage Must have own tools Ability to operate various of hand and power tools Walk, stand and kneel for prolonged periods, climb ladder, climb stairs, Must be able to push, carry, pull and lift tools or equipment Schedule Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Weekends as needed On call Ability to commute Paragon Equities
