Step into the Night:

• Evening Supervisor: Embrace the D Shift, running from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, spanning Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every alternate Tuesday.

Bring These Skills to Shine:

• Minimum age of 18, with a high school diploma or GED as a plus.
• At least one year as a Quality Inspector, or an equivalent role such as Machine Operator with expertise in dimensional quality checks, ideally within the flexible packaging sector.
• Adept in quality control and assurance, knowledgeable of production settings, proficient in understanding product specifications and operating machinery.
• Skillful in measuring with precision up to 1/16th inch, combined with basic arithmetic proficiency for smooth calculations.
• Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 40 pounds independently.
• Firm standing for extensive periods, bending, walking, and managing multiple physical activities throughout the shift.
• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written, to efficiently follow work instructions and draft concise production reports.
• Engage in activities like focused near and mid-range vision, data input, meaningful conversations, and operating equipment with dexterity.
