Our Digital Experience is seeking a Product Management Intern. In this role, you will help shape the technology strategy across our digital platforms, focusing primarily on small-to-medium features of our to-the-trade website, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

This position is expected to start in August 2025 and continue through the entire Fall 2025 term (through December 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time and on-site.

In This Role
  • Assist product managers in the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and concept to execution and launch
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to help identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new products
  • Analyze sales performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to provide insights that guide product decisions
  • Work with design, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure products are aligned with brand standards and meet customer demands
  • Help maintain and update the product roadmap based on priority shifts, customer feedback, and competitive landscape
  • Assist in the creation of product prototypes, gather internal and external feedback, and suggest improvements
  • Support the documentation of product requirements, specifications, and updates to ensure all stakeholders are aligned
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to track product samples, lead times, and quality standards
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and consumer preferences to help inform product strategy
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the web, in context of technology, platforms, design, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
