Our team of cleaning technicians enjoy working outside within the community interacting with our commercial and residential customers. The cleaning technician is responsible for managing daily work order completion, jobsite quality control, and fulling the needs of our customers to the best of their capabilities. Description of duties: Provide excellent customer service to our clients Manage and execute daily assigned work orders Able to demonstrate importance of safety in the workplace, set and follow safety standards, and report unsafe conditions to appropriate Supervisor Maintain weekly completed production standards and expectations Acts as the liaison/ambassador for Fish Window Cleaning while interacting with customers Benefits /Perks: Paid training, no experience necessary No nights or weekends or holidays Flexible hours Full- or part-time available year-round Tips and additional commission opportunities Inside and outside work Equipment and uniforms furnished No High Rise or Skyscraper work Other Qualifications: Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Provide excellent customer service Self-motivated and able to work alone or in pairs Collaboration, teamwork, adaptability, reliable, growth mindset, and time management. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
