Project Coordinator – Maritime Industry

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working directly with the Safety Manager to support safety compliance , coordinating PPE, training, and mustering logistics
• Acting as a key liaison between branch operations, customers, and vendors to uphold safety and efficiency
• Assisting with injury reporting , incident response, and safety documentation
• Escorting contract employees on-site and supporting day-to-day operational logistics, as needed
• Providing ongoing support for EHS initiatives and workforce readiness

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years of safety program experience ( preferably in a marine environment) shipyard/shipboard experience - you know the ropes when it comes to working in that environment!
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
• A proactive mindset when it comes to employee safety, logistics, and training coordination
