Shift :Monday through Friday day shift with administrative on call duties. Department : Radiology Compensation : * Base Pay Range: $99,174.40 - $161,720 per year, based on experience

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists in preparing the department capital and operational budgets, maintaining fiduciary responsibilities throughout the year with financial assessments and adjustments. Develops, implements, and monitors workload standards and productivity reports to ensure targets are met. Facilitates contract evaluation and implementation as needed for Imaging service needs. Ensures all employees meet and maintain department criteria aligned with MU Health Care mission and goals. Ensures departmental quality assurance programs are established and routinely monitored. Identifies and evaluates new or improved technology/equipment, maintains equipment, and recommends improvements. Assists and guides during installation and implementation. Monitors the department's customer service excellence and guides staff in recovery procedures when necessary. Participates in the interview process, selects, plans, and assigns work to staff accordingly. Ensures supervisors manage daily staffing schedules for appropriate coverage and continuity of care. Monitors and oversees time and attendance in alignment with MU Health Care policies and practices, ensuring accuracy of records and timely approval for payroll purposes. May complete unit/department specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in health care management or radiology. Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare setting with Two (2) years of supervisory/management experience. ARRT certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification by Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board. Other related imaging credentials may be accepted in lieu of the ARRT or CNMT certification.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in related field. Additional related advanced imaging certifications.
