Day in the Life:

- Ensure a professional presence while dealing with shoplifting incidents according to company policies and local laws.

- Use your judgment and de-escalation techniques to handle situations in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Conduct loss prevention audits and participate in internal investigations.

- Work closely with local, state, and government agencies on company matters.

- Prepare and submit reports regarding Loss Prevention matters and testify in legal proceedings when necessary.

Requirements:

- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to recognize criteria that constitute shoplifting.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Bring your availability to us! We have many different shifts available. We are open 24/7 including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Obtain State or Local certifications as required

- Must be 18 years or older.
