*We are currently hiring Licensed Behavior Specialists*. *What You Will Do as a Behavior Specialist:*
* Provide crisis stabilization to supported persons and ensure their health and safety
* Provide Therapeutic Consultation Services to supported persons in accordance with company policies and procedures and Virginia Licensing and Medicaid requirements
* Develop behavior plans
* Implement positive behavior supports to include assessing and restructuring the environment to decrease maladaptive behaviors and increase adaptive behaviors
* Train and evaluate staff on behavior plans
*What You'll Be Compensated:*
* Annual salary up to $80,000, depending on credentials and experience.
* *We offer a competitive $2,000 sign on bonus, $1,000 at time of hire and another $1,000 after 3 months of billing!*

*What You Need to Have:*
* Position requires at a minimum: BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Human Services, or a related area from an accredited college or university
* Three years of documented experience working with special needs and challenging behaviors, particularly with the ID/DD population
* Experience in developing behavior plans; MA/MS preferred
* *BCaBA, PBSF, BCBA, or unrestricted clinical licensure in VA such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist are REQUIRED*
* Documentation of experience working with/developing behavior plans with special needs populations is REQUIRED
* Significant experience working with ABA-based supports or in an environment that is committed to positive behavioral supports
* Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends and be able to respond to crisis situations

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
