Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea, BenMaier and Eastham, PLLC is seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented receptionist/office services professional to join our growing law firm. This position is responsible for coordinating various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring reception area- checking visitors in, handling calls, etc.
• Scanning and distributing all incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare outgoing mail, faxes and packages
• Maintain all common areas
• Ensure all coffee bars are stocked and well maintained
• Maintain an organized work space at all times
• Frequently check office supply stock; send reorder information when needed
• Attend team meetings
• Uphold and carry out company office policies and procedures
• Light administrative assistant duties

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Some college preferred
• 2+ years working in office admin (legal environment would be a plus)
• Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite
• Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems etc.)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Outstanding communicator both verbally and written
