We are proud to partner with an exceptional company at the forefront of the space and aerospace industry. We’re looking for a highly skilled Test professional to lead critical system-level testing within their cutting-edge production facility.

In this role, you will take ownership of system-level tests , including TVAC and self-compatibility testing , ensuring the readiness of test GSEs, procedures, and execution plans . You'll work across engineering, AIT, and management teams to define requirements, develop procedures, and manage test resources, ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Test Lead for critical system-level tests
• Develop and oversee test procedures and execution plans
• Plan and coordinate resources in collaboration with engineering, production, and program managers
• Lead investigations into test failures and anomalies
• Work closely with engineering and AIT teams to define test requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in testing complex systems
• Expertise in RF and power systems
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
