Job Title: Industrial Site Safety Coordinator

Location: Orange, CA

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Site Safety Coordinator to join our team at our HVAC manufacturing facility in Orange, CA. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace, ensuring all employees follow industry safety standards and company policies. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce workplace safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Lead safety training sessions for employees on proper procedures, emergency response, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
• Investigate workplace incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial safety, preferably in manufacturing, HVAC, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, Cal/OSHA, NFPA, and EPA compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting safety training and maintaining safety documentation.
• Ability to assess workplace hazards and implement effective safety solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to promote a safety-first culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and safety management software.

Nice-to-Haves

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA 30, or other safety-related certifications.
• Experience in HVAC manufacturing or industrial production environments.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Location & Work Environment

• Based in Orange, CA, at our HVAC manufacturing facility.
• This is an on-site role with regular interaction across various departments and production areas.
• Must be comfortable working in an industrial setting with occasional exposure to loud machinery and environmental factors.
