We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join one of our growing clients in the multifamily property management industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in multi-site and multi-state HR support , with a passion for employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture across multiple properties and states.
• Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits enrollment, education, and troubleshooting; liaise with benefits providers to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll accurately and on time; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations across multiple states.
• Talent Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes; support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• HRIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed; support HRIS implementation and optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with property managers, regional leaders, and corporate teams to align HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience , with at least 2 years in a multisite/multistate environment.
• Experience in the multifamily property management industry strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple states.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
