Are you a talented graphic designer with a passion for creative storytelling and an eye for detail? Killerspots Agency, a Cincinnati-based digital marketing agency, is searching for an experienced and innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will allow you to flex your creative muscle across digital, social, television, print, and motion graphics projects that elevate brand presence and engage audiences nationwide.

Job Overview

As our a Graphic Designer, you’ll work on a variety of projects, from web and social media graphics to print materials and motion graphics. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, Marketing Manager and team members to develop designs that bring client brands to life, ensuring brand consistency and creativity across all platforms. If you have a flair for visual storytelling and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to see what you can create.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Collaborate:  Work with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and design objectives, delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

- Digital Design: Create visually compelling designs for websites, social media, and digital ad campaigns, keeping current trends and best practices in mind.

- Print Advertising: Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, magazine and posters, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.

- Motion Graphics:  Use Adobe After Effects to produce engaging video content and motion graphics that captivate viewers.

- UI/UX and Web /  and Adobe Creative Cloud to design user interfaces and collaborate on web projects, with  experience as a plus.

- Photo Editing and Typesetting:  Apply photo manipulation techniques and strong typesetting skills to create visually appealing and readable layouts.

- Brand Consistency:  Maintain cohesive visual identities for clients across all design projects, adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications

- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is required. and CorelDraw is highly desirable, and experience with is a plus.

Web Knowledge: Familiarity with is beneficial for web-related tasks.  i.e.

- Design Background:  , with a portfolio that showcases versatility, creativity, and technical skills across digital, print, and motion graphics.

- Creative Drive:  Strong passion for design, exceptional attention to detail, and a knack for translating concepts into impactful visuals.

- Professional Growth Mindset : Open to constructive feedback to continually enhance the quality of each project, ensuring that end results align with client expectations and high standards.

Preferred Skills

- CRM and Project Management: Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM/project management tools is a plus.

- Adobe Creative Cloud Mastery: Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign for layout and publication designs.
