Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Superintendent to lead the construction of a 8+ Story, 75+ unit luxury residential building with 1st floor retail in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects from dirt to key in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General / Lead Superintendent, with a focus on 8+ story luxury residential or mixed use projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
