Responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage and Catering Management teams in an administrative role.

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $21.00 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage event inquiries, voicemails, and emails daily.
• Responsible for menu editing, updating website menus, and events menus.
• Creating signage for catering events & menu boards throughout property.
• Handle pop up site visits and assist with site visits when needed for the Catering Sales team.
• Distribute BEOs to all departments and ensure proper communication with any changes.
• Responsible for managing catering receipts and final payments.
• Maintain organization of ordering records, coding invoices, filing invoices, and working closely with the management team to identify any financial discrepancies on deliveries.
• Assist the management team with schedules as needed.
• Complete and distribute weekly sales reports.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage management team to respond to leads and inquiries within the internal booking system.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Maintain emotional control under stress
• Strong organizational skills
• Minimum Education/Certification - High School Diploma/GED 

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
