Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve manufacturing techniques
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive results
Apply your knowledge of engineering principles and lean manufacturing techniques to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve product quality

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in engineering or manufacturing
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause and Corrective Action implementation
Skills in process documentation, PPV, FAI, PFMEA
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and team members at all levels
Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9145
Prior experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing environment
Active DOD Secret Clearance
Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275
