General Dentist – $300K+ Potential | 4-Day Workweek | No Weekends
Eaves Family Dental – Bath, Geneva & Penn Yan, NY (Finger Lakes Region)

Eaves Family Dental, a dentist-owned group practice in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York, is seeking a General Dentist to join our high-quality, well-established team.

With three thriving locations—Bath, Geneva, and Penn Yan—you’ll enjoy clinical autonomy, strong support, and exceptional earning potential.

What We Offer:

4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, No weekends
$300,000+ earning potential
Daily Guarantee starting at $1,000/day
60% PPO / 40% Fee-for-Service (No Medicaid)
40–50 new patients/month
Sign-on bonus/Relocation assistance
100% practice-paid lab fees

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options
Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
Minimum of one (1) year general dentist practice experience or completion of a AEGD or GPR program.
