Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for a part time Document Support contractor to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Manufacturing Affordability Business Services Organization. This position is in St. Augustine, FL. In this role you will be supporting internal and external customers through Business Services pillars of Mail Services, Scanning and Document management, Printing, Engineering Support, Records Retention, and/or other requirements as set forth to support the business needs of the organization and company. 4/20 work schedule with Friday off, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment. Looking for self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented people. Responsibilities:

• • Provide the proper customer support information handling in the proper format with agility in accordance with proper processes and procedures under lead guidance, supervision, and training. Required constant standing and scanning of documents.
• Mail Services: Post Office Retrieve, Sort, Lookup, Site Route Deliveries and Pick Up, Mail Metering, Postage, Expenses, Post office Delivery, Etc.
• Scanning and Document Management: Scan documents, aperture cards, Wide Format Drawings, File Format conversions, Quality Control, Image/Edit cleanup, Post processing Delivery, Etc.
• Engineering Support: Research, Retrieval, Receipt, Distribution, Data Document Update, Sign Out & In, Control, Printing, Laminating, Plotting, Archive, Scan, Audit, Etc.
• Records Retention: Research, Retrieval, New Box Requests, Box pick up, indexing, delivery, Returns, Records Retention Management System, Etc. Basic Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent and started additional education and/or related experience.
• At least 1-year hands-on experience with Engineering Support, Scanning and Document Management, Records Retention, and Mail Services.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Prior military aircraft experience is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in using MS office tools, Adobe Acrobat, and other document conversion software.
• Strong proficiency in document logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. WORK SHIFT: 1st Shift, 4/10, Mon-Thurs., 20 Hrs./Wk. Advanced Software Design
