Dock Worker / Shuttle Driver

Location: Menomonie
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $17 - $19 Hourly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Dock Worker/Shuttle Driver to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, sorting and organizing shipments, running daily shuttle routes, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload freight from trucks using hand trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
Sort packages and freight according to destination and type, using scanners and other sorting tools.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other warehouse staff.
Runs daily shuttle routes.

Qualifications:

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.?
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.?
Familiarity with material handling equipment and safety procedures.?
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.?
Effective communication and teamwork skills.?
Must be 21 years of age
1-year verifiable driving experience and valid medical card.
