Job Summary and Personal Profile
Reporting to the Chief Impact Investment Officer, Bridgeway Capital seeks a Director of Portfolio Management to oversee Bridgeway’s various portfolio responsibilities, including loan documentation, collections, management of troubled receivables, collateral management, loan performance analysis, and reporting of activities to senior management. The Director of Portfolio Management must be experienced in portfolio management operations, have supervisory experience, and have experience drafting policies and procedures to support and manage the activities of the department.

Bridgeway Capital currently uses a hybrid work model. Bridgeway requires that all staff be in the office two days a week, although managers may request that their team be in the office more frequently. The required number of days in the office is subject to change.

This position is primarily performed in an office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Occasional driving throughout western Pennsylvania is required, and candidates are expected to have a valid driver's license and easy and regular access to a car.
