The Crisis Program Manager is a position that carries overall responsibility for all aspects of a program in the Crisis Services Department. This role provides supervision and guidance to ensure that patients and staff are successful in their respective pursuits. The Crisis Program Manager drives successes for the Crisis Services Department by monitoring program metrics and utilizing their experience and expertise to facilitate decision-making appropriate to optimizing program efficiency and change. Minimum qualifications: Minimum Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Preferences : Bilingual; Minimum four (4) years of experience preferred in a behavioral health/substance-use/disability services area; Master's degree in a Social, Behavioral, and/or Human Science field; Minimum three (3) year of supervisory experience preferred Substitutions : A High School Diploma with seven (7) years of experience in the behavioral health field and five (5) years of supervisory experience substitutes for not having a bachelor's degree. Required Years' Experience : Three (3) years & 6 months (3 and a half years) in Relevant experience in a behavioral health/substance-use/disability services area Required License : Valid Texas Driver's License with acceptable driving record Required Supervisory Experience : One (1) year Why join us: MHMR has proudly served Tarrant and adjacent county residents for over 50 years.
