Content Marketing Specialist & Designer

We’re a fast-growing, high-energy real estate company looking for a creative and driven Content Marketing Specialist & Designer to join our marketing department. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact through content creation, digital strategy, social media management, videography and graphic designs.

As our go-to digital content curator and strategist, you'll help in shaping our online presence, engaging audiences, and supporting marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Maintain and update blogs using WordPress
• Assist with digital advertising campaigns and email marketing (Constant Contact)
• Support marketing initiatives with copywriting, data entry, and creative brainstorming
• Collaborate with team members to execute marketing strategies and promotions
• Work independently on projects while contributing to a collaborative team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive
• Deep understanding of current social media platforms, trends, and etiquette
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in both independent and team settings
• Comfortable with both Mac OS X and Windows 10
• Graphic design experience
• Videography
• Familiarity with HTML and WordPress customization
• Working knowledge of iOS and Android devices
