Experienced Civil Superintendent

We are seeking an Experienced Civil Superintendent to join our team and take charge of field operations on assigned projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field personnel, budgets, schedules, and overall construction operations.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to develop work plans, safety strategies, and the most effective construction methods.
• Supervise and coordinate grading, drainage, paving, milling, and other construction activities.
• Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and productivity on-site.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
• Manage equipment, crews, and job-related activities to maximize efficiency.
• Mentor and train Foremen, Equipment Operators, and Laborers to strengthen the team.
• Assist with field layout and surveying as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (required).
• 5+ years of experience with mission-critical projects (data centers, infrastructure, or similar).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to travel as required to multiple job sites.
• OSHA 10 certification required ; OSHA 30 preferred (can be provided for the right candidate).
• CPR certification required.

Work Location:

• Multiple locations – travel required.
