In this new role of Business Development Manager, you will represent a dynamic and growing mid-sized construction firm specializing in commercial construction projects. This greenfield opportunity offers the chance to expand relationships with existing clients, cultivate new customers, and drive significant revenue growth.

Reporting to the President, the Business Development Manager will identify new opportunities, build client relationships and drive revenue growth. Your Background & Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within the construction or a related industry.
• Strong network of industry contacts is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools.
