We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. *Duties*

* Provide case management services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.
* Offer counseling services in areas such as child family counseling, addiction counseling, and geriatrics.
* Utilize therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals in hospital settings to coordinate patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
* Advocate for clients' rights and access to community resources.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work.

*Skills*
* Strong case management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in child family counseling techniques and addiction counseling methodologies.
* Experience with motivational interviewing strategies that empower clients.
* Knowledge of therapeutic practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy.
* Familiarity with geriatrics and the unique challenges faced by older adults.
* Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
* Ability to provide clinical counseling in various settings, including hospitals and community organizations.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

MUST HAVE ATLEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. PREFERRED IN NURSING HOME SETTING OR HOSPITAL
