Overview As Product Operations and Cigna Pharmacy Strategy leader, this role oversees product operations across medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy solutions for Cigna Healthcare U.S., as well as leading Cigna Pharmacy strategy. Reporting to the General Manager of Cigna Pharmacy, this position involves leading operational efficiencies, best practices, and a seamless operating model across these functions and with business partners, including the Evernorth team. The scope includes portfolio and program management, operational effectiveness, business excellence, training, analytics, communications, regulatory compliance, strategic operations, and governance. The role requires navigating business relationships, influencing at the executive level, and demonstrating deep leadership, organizational agility, change management, and strategic thinking. Key activities include defining strategic goals, staying updated on industry trends, assessing organizational performance, evaluating strategies, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years in healthcare, with pharmacy experience in a PBM, health plan, or related business Advanced degree (MBA/MHA) preferred Deep understanding of pharmacy supply chain economics Proven ability to influence at the executive level and build strategic partnerships Senior leadership experience with team building and coaching skills Track record of contributing to profitability and operational efficiency Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Strategic thinking with innovative solution development Desired Competencies Influential Leadership Strategic Agility Customer Focus Dealing with Ambiguity Accountability / Ownership Collaboration Note: For remote work, internet must be broadband or fiber with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
