2nd Shift Chemical Operator

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Operator to join our team and assist in producing high-quality liquid chemical blends. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a strong work ethic. Location: Pleasant Prairie

Schedule : 2nd Shift

Pay rate: $21hr starting depending on experience

Duties:

1. Produce liquid chemical blends according to manufacturing orders.
2. Operate pumps, valves, and mixers to fill drums, totes, and pails.
3. Collect samples from tanks and containers of blends and raw materials for quality control.
4. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and thoroughly.
5. Handle and move drums using a handcart (requires physical strength).
6. Operate a sit-down forklift to assist with material handling.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

1. Goggles and safety glasses.
2. Gloves and steel-toed shoes.
3. Face shield, hard hat, and respirator as required.
4. Previous experience in chemical blending or a similar industrial role is preferred.
5. Forklift operation experience is required.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
7. Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
8. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
